It is a certainty that we would not have survived and thrived during our time in Budapest without our dear friends. When one moves halfway around the world from extended family and friends, without knowing a soul upon arrival you have a choice - sink or swim. We fortunately SWAM with the help of amazing friends.
Coffee mornings, girl's days, a million kids birthday parties, Friday night wine, holiday dinners, weekend get-a-ways, boy's poker nights and countless meetings at the park, playhouse, ice cream shop, etc. I formed the best friendships I've ever had. We were not just friends, we were family.
So, our "family" threw us a fun-filled, perfect for Meredith & Kyle, "Legendary" farewell party! We gathered at Legends Sports Bar & Grill in downtown Budapest for a wonderful night organized by Kim & Monica. We had SUCH a great time and appreciated so much all our friends that came. We are certain to see many of their faces again over this lifetime :)
