Unhappy Days!

Unfortunately, our house is back on the market :(
We had a terrible inspection last Thursday which made our house sound like a dilapidated, falling down, piece of junk. For those of you who've been to our home, I hope you'll disagree :) I've considered sending the inspector death threats. Anyway, the buyer was working with a CRAZY relocation company that insisted we fix EVERYTHING on the inspection report - which included crazy things that were not even broken. Needless to say, we refused and the buyer decided to cancel the contract. Honestly, we are happy to be rid of this buyer because he was a pain from the beginning. Since the house went back up on Friday, we've already had 2 more interested parties that have done second showings. I know that this will work out in the end even if it will mean more headaches in having to close on the house from Budapest. Keep praying for us and for the sale of our home!

Sorry to hear the news about the house...you do have a nice house! Sometimes inspectors can be so nit picky. Good luck with the others looking.

Your house is great- that's frustrating. I am still surprised it hasn't sold- such a good location and house!
