Miss Reese is 8 months old today and she has officially lived longer in Budapest than in Dallas! Our little euro baby is such a joy and truly an easy baby. Her personality is coming out and we can tell she is going to be just as outgoing and boisterous as her brother. She can also be coy and shy at times too, but usually only with new people. I like to say that she loves her mommy, is in love with her daddy and is infatuated with her brother!
She is a great eater and really enjoys my homemade baby food. This past weekend we gave her some little puffs as well to work on self feeding and she has been loving them. She is also working on drinking from a cup and is doing pretty well with the Nuby sippy cup. As you can see in the picture above, she has 2 bottom teeth now but no others popping through yet.
Reese has been on the move for over a month now. She is best at the army crawl, but has recently been getting up on all fours and doing a little rocking. We think the hard woods here are a little rough on her knees, so she probably prefers to scoot on her belly. She is quite fast and is underfoot a lot! Babee & Poppy and Lele & Papa Jack better get the gates ready!
Squeals and laughter is what we hear most from her although I swear she repeated "uh oh" the other day. Of course, I am working on "mama" all the time but I'm sure "dada" will come first. I can't wait to hear what she calls her big brother for the first time.

Just wrote a 15 minute post that didn't post. Uncle Brett is not happy. Proud of you Caden on staying dry. Reese you are too cute. Miss you guys and can't wait for Thanksgiving.
